Applicant Information Analysis System with Descriptive Analytics
The project was developed to resolve the issues in the current procedure of recruitment and selection in the company through automated and online procedure.
The system features and capabilities were the following:
HR department can post job details online in order to attract qualified applicants, and site visitors  are allowed to view all job vacancies.
Applicants can create accounts or profile in order to access the system and fill out the built-in CV.
System analyzes applicants’ information or data input by identifying required skills, academic background, and professional background for a particular job and will generate data visualization report of the shortlisted candidates.
The system will notify the applicant on every progress of the application and provide instruction on the next step to be taken.
Application results on the HR interface is displayed through descriptive analytics.
All generated reports are printable for documentation purposes.
